The Boys & Girls Club |
The B&G club has 8 raised garden beds, that are 4X8. The beds are maintained by their Teen Garden Club which began this April. The group will be supported by a community volunteer, and the staff at the Boys & Girls club.

The Family Center |
The Family Center, as one of our longest standing partners, has 8 rectangular beds that are maintained by different families who use their services and the Latina Women's Association, as well as one large shared bed for corn, onions, and squash that need larger space!

YMCA |
The Old Colony YMCA main branch has a teen group and two dedicated staff members tending to and planning their garden. The YMCA has hosted some of our workshops, and is excited to engage youth leaders in this work.

Frederick Douglass |
The Frederick Douglass Neighborhood Gardens maintained by President of the Frederick Douglass Neighborhood Association, Lynn Smith- are a place of respite, community and history. This garden primarily grows flowers and provides a resting place for community members during the day.

Baker School |
The Baker School has one outdoor raised garden bed that will be used this summer by students in a 21st Century Brockton Public Schools summer camp! We look forward to learning through their Service Learning curriculum about how the students want to maintain the gardens and use the produce.

The Angelo Elementary School |
The Angelo School has some beautiful flower gardens in the front of their campus, as well as two large herb gardens that will have vegetables planted in them this summer! Parents, students and community volunteers joined together in April for a clean up and planting day! The Angelo also has special blue hydrangeas to represent autism awareness.

The Raymond School |
The Raymond School has a lovely peace rock garden in the front of their campus! The summer camp group, SABURA, Inc. will be maintaining the gardens this summer and hopes to grow some culturally familiar veggies for their Cape Verdean families.

Arnone School |
The Arnone School has 7 large raised bed gardens near their basketball courts that are currently being developed!

Brockton High School |
Brockton High School has amazing science teachers who include gardening and agriculture in their curriculum! BHS Students are involved in various levels, but this garden site is self maintained, and educational. Go BHS!

The Barrett Russell Kindergarten |
The BR Kindergarten has over 15 square raised beds that the kindergartners use to learn about science and taking care of plants! Each bed had a theme this year, like a Pizza Bed or a Salsa Bed! They had a garden party for parents and local leaders in June. We love the BR.
